Delete your Twiglet account

You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want. You don't need to tell us why.

From the app (the fastest way)

1. Open Twiglet and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

It's deleted right away. If you want to keep a copy first, use Settings > Export my data.

Without the app

If you already uninstalled it or can't sign in, write to us at twigletapp@gmail.com from the email you created the account with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 10 business days and let you know when it's done. If you write to us from a different email, we'll ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name and profile photo).
• All your plants, including the ones you had deleted, with their watering history, journal notes and health checks.
• All your photos.
• Your watering and vacation settings, and the artificial intelligence usage counter.

What remains and for how long

• Usage statistics, which aren't linked to your name or your email: they are deleted automatically within up to 14 months.
• Crash reports: they are deleted automatically within up to 90 days.
• What you keep on your phone (the App's preferences) is deleted when you uninstall it.

Deleting the account can't be undone. If you come back later, you can create a new account, but it starts empty.
